ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for Police Protection against the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted, and the 3rd respondent had undertaken before the Police that he will work out his remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate Civil Court. Recording the undertaking, the complaint was closed.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, and the parties are at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law before the appropriate Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
