C.R.P.No.118 of 2025 P.T.ASHA, J., At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while dictating the orders, passed an order directing the Registry to return the original affidavit and petition back to the petitioner after getting due acknowledgment.

However, inadvertently the said direction does not find place in the order furnished to him.

In view of the same, the following Note may be added in the order dated 04.02.2025 in CRP.No.118 of 2025.

"Note:-The Registry is directed to return the original affidavit and petition back to the petitioner after getting due acknowledgment."

3. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 04.02.2025 shall remain unaltered.
