This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw FCOP.No.183 of 2024, pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry. 1/4

2.Despite giving an opportunity to the respondent for arguing the matter and listed the transfer petition today under the caption 'for orders, there is no representation on the side of the respondent. 3.I have heard Mr.V.Moorthi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The petitioner is the respondent/wife in FCOP.No.183 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal. The petitioner seeks transfer of the said FCOP to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry. The petitioner has expressed her various inconveniences and difficulties for attending the hearings at Namakkal.

5.I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, seeking transfer of the proceedings as prayed for.

6.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in FCOP.No.183 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and transferred to the file of the Family 2/4

Court, Puducherry. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
