ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 296(b), 351(2) of BNS in connection with the Cr. No.104 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court vide order dated 11.12.2025, in Crl.O.P.No.23577 of 2025, had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observations:

"Considering the submissions made, facts and circumstances of this case, nature of allegation and taking not of the fact that still nearly a huge sum of Rs.7,00,000/- is yet to be recovered in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

4. The petitioner has filed this second anticipatory bail application, without any change in circumstances, therefore, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
