The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(2) (c) 5(1)(d) of Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.1984 of 2023 registered on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner/A1 is the manager and A2 is the owner of the Spa "Luxux Wellness SPA" at Sky Park Complex, Katharpatti, Royapuram Road, Tiruppur. It is stated that the defacto complainant found one lady there and thereafter he had given the complaint.

4. Taking note of the nature of offence and the fact that this petitioner/A2 is still absconding this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
