ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenue, by name, (i)Mrs.Rajeswari,aged 29 years, wife of the detenu (ii) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Abinesh, aged 4 years, son of the detenu and (iii) Varshini, aged 2 years, daughter of the detenu.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas, his counsel is present.

3.The second respondent has produced all the detenu. 4.Since the petitioner is not present, identification of the detenu cannot be made. Under such circumstances, the petition is liable to be dismissed.
