ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned State Counsel placed on record a copy of the order dated 16.10.2025, passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.3104 of 2025, by which an interim order of stay was granted against the order sought to be complied with. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.
