Prayer in W.P.No.29248 of 2012:- Writ Petition filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the Ordinary Grade, Selection Grade and Special Grade Scales of Pay as indicated in Schedule II of the Tamilnadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules 1998 at Rs.4000-5000/- Rs.5000-8000/- and Rs.5500-9000/- respectively to the petitioner/Driver from 1.1.1996 with all Consequential Monetary benefits and to revise his Pensionary benefits and pay all arrears within a stipulated time period.

S.VAIDYANATHAN.,J and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ.,J When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that the issue pertaining to this Writ Appeal is covered by the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 9533 to 9537 of 2019, and in view of the said Judgment, this Writ Appeal has got to be allowed.
2. In the light of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court stated supra, this Writ Appeal is allowed by setting aside the order of the learned Single Judge dated 26.11.2012 made in W.P.No.29248 of 2012. No costs.
