ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 381 IPC in Cr.No.72 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant by name Rajkumar was travelling the car along with his driver/A1 viz., Senthil kumar @ Maharajan with money of Rs.54 lakhs. When the car reached at Thiruvakattanur near bye pass road, the defacto complainant had a giddiness and hence, he went to the hospital and at that time, the driver has taken away the money of Rs.54 lakhs from the car and disappeared.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a college student. He is no way connected with the alleged offence and his name is not found place in the FIR. Further, he would submit that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner along with other accused followed the complainant car and colluded with the driver of the complainant's car in taking away the money. Further, he would submit that other accused are secured and custodial interrogation is very much necessary in this case.
6. Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the custodial interrogation is necessary, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
