This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order in I.A.SR.No.15170 of 2009 in O.S.No.473 of 2003 dated 23.10.2009 passed by Principal District Munsif, Salem and for a consequential prayer for reversing the same.
2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
