This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in D.V.C.No.138 of 2017.

2.This Court called for the report from the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai,. A report dated 18.12.2018 has been placed before this Court. The learned Magistrate has explained in detail the reason for the delay. This Court has taken into consideration the report filed by the learned Magistrate.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai to dispose of D.V.C.No.138 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
