ORDER

The respondent filed a suit against the petitioner in O.S.No.1140 of 2009 on the file of the learned XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. During the pendency of the suit, the petitioner filed an application in I.A.No. 8371 of 2009 under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the same was dismissed. Against which, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition. In the meanwhile, the suit itself was disposed of, on merits.

2. Therefore, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
