O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.492 of 2010 dated 06.10.2010, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cyber Cell Crime, Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant

3. Mr.S.Anbalagan, Inspector, Team XIV, Cyber Crime, Chennai is present today.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation in Crime No.492 of 2010 has been quashed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.27349 and 27350 of 2010 on 19.03.2014 as against the accused on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise. A copy of the order dated 19.03.2014, has been submitted to this Court.

5. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.492 of 2010 is quashed as against all the other accused, including those who are not before this Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The Registry is directed to send back the original records, if any, to the concerned Court.
