The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal) in the event of Thavuttupalayam Arulmigu Sree Sowdeswari Amman Temple at Erode Taluk and District on 16.01.2019 between 6.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2019 has already been considered and permission has been granted to the petitioner to conduct the cultural programme (Adal padal) as prayed for, with certain conditions. He has also produced proceedings of the respondent dated 07.01.2019.
