ORDER
1.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite her representation given on 21.09.2022 to the respondents seeking for waiver of the jewel loan based on G.O.(Ms)No.97 Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CC 1) Department dated 01.11.2021, the same has not been considered till date. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

The petitioner claims that she is eligible to get waiver of the jewel loan as per the aforementioned G.O. 3.
No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, referred to supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time fame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2022 seeking for waiver of her jewel loan with S-1216 Subramania Nagar Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
