Sub.Appln.(OS) No.250 of 2017:- Sub Application filed under section 151 of CPC praying this court be pleased to pass an order of break open the locks of the suit premises in case if the premises is under lock and key condition in order to execute the court passed in CRP(PD)No.446 of 2017.
