ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation have been completed in this case and final report filed. The case was taken cognizance in C.C.No.39 of 2016 under Section 498 (A) 506 (I) I.P.C and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3.Considering the fact that, after investigation it was found that, prima-facie, case is made out against the petitioners for filing final information report under Section 498 (A) 506 (I) I.P.C and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, this Court is of the view that, the prayer for quashing the first information report cannot be entertained and in this view of the matter, Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.20 of 2016 is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
