The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 16.02.2018 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No.4701 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.02.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed on 21.06.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the closure report, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
