Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to release and pay the outstanding amount of Rs.9.60 lakhs payable to the petitioner in respect of execution of the work of laying of Road in Ward No.3 New Street, 9th Cross Street and 10th Cross Street along with drainage awarded to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent vide Proceedings in N.K.No.5867/2014/E1, dated 31.3.2015, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
