This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2017 requesting for disbursement of his terminal benefits by the second respondent within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Ms.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representation.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2017, seeking disbursal of his terminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

benefits and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
