There is a delay of 50 days in bringing LRs of the Petitioner. The legal heirs of Petitioner filed petitions to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the petition, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner.

2. Taking into consideration the the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, CMPs are allowed.
