The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram to dispose of the IA.No.129/2022 in OS No.40 /2022, on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram within a time frame as fixed by this Honble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

Considering the fact that the issues are yet to be framed in the suit and the enquiry and the petitioner's side argument in I.A.No.129 of 2022 have been concluded as early as on 17.10.2022, the above Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram is directed to dispose of IA.No.129/2022 in OS No.40 /2022 within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
