2. Learned Addl. Advocate General has invited the attention of this Court to the additional status report filed by the fourth respondent dated 31.1.2020.

3. A perusal of the same would disclose that after the Global Investors Meet (GIM) which takes place in the year 2019, the following investment commitments have been received and the details of which are given below; S.No.

The status report further gives the details and department wise statement reports from Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to Industries Department, Information Technology Department, Energy Department, Housing Department, Tourism Department, Agriculture Department, Higher Education Department, School Education Department, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department.

5. The learned Addl. Advocate General would submit that after GIM 2015, 71 companies had commenced commercial projects and in respect of GIM 2019, 59 units had commenced constructions and proper follow up and monitoring also have been done for completing the constructions and commencement of production and every endeavour is also made to get employment for the local population, especially for the people belonging to this State.
