O R D E R

The petitioner's representation for regularization of service was considered by this Court by order dated 17.11.2016 passed in W.P.No. 28837 of 2012. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced the order dated 19.05.2017, wherein the petitioner's representation has been rejected.

3. In view of the rejection order, the order of this Court dated 17.11.2016 can only be construed as having been complied with. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 19.05.2017, if he is aggrieved.
