ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 174 of Cr.P.C, later it was altered as Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.478 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Since this is a case involving offence under the Women Harassment Act and also the fact that the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
