ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) In connection with the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.667 of 2023 dated 24.12.2023, pertaining to missing of the petitioner's daughter, the third respondent herein has filed Status Report before us. As per the Report, the petitioner's daughter, aged about 20 years, had voluntarily left the petitioner's house. She is in love with one Paneerselvam. The report further states that she, on her own willingness, married Paneerselvam on 24.12.2023. In connection with the petitioner's complaint, the petitioner's daughter, Paneerselvam and his father were called for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, Paneerselvam's father had accepted the marriage between the petitioner's daughter and

Paneerselvam and has also given his willingness to take the couple to his house.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner's daughter and Paneerselvam are now living in the house of Mr.Selvaram, who is the father of Paneerselvam.

3. Both the petitioner's daughter and Paneerselvam are major and they live together. While that being so, the present prayer, seeking for securing the petitioner's daughter and setting her at liberty, may not be feasible to consider.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (M.S.R.,J.) (S.M.,J.) 01.02.2024 sr Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no To
