W.A.No.2501/2013: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent to set aside the order made in W.P.No.2308 of 2012, dated 13.06.2012.
Prayer in W.P.No.2308 of 2012 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to count half of the service rendered by the petitioner from 01.03.1984 till 07.08.2009 for the purpose of conferment of pension along with regular service from 08.08.2009 till 31.03.2011 and send the revised pension proposal to the fourth respondent and grant pension to the petitioner with all consequential benefits.
W.A.No.2502/2013: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent to set aside the order made in W.P.No.18485 of 2012, dated 18.07.2012.
Prayer in W.P.No.18485 of 2012 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to count half of the service rendered by the petitioner husband from 01.12.1983 to 31.03.1990, 01.06.1990 to 20.09.2009 alongwith his regular service from 03.09.2009 till the date of his death namely 22.10.2010 so as to enable the petitioner to get Family Pension and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to send revised pensionary proposals to the fourth respondent, direct the fourth respondent to pay Family Pension to the petitioner with all consequential benefits within a specified period. When the Writ Appeals are taken up for hearing, Mr. C.Kathiravan learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, submitted that the appellants have already complied with the orders of the learned Single Judge made in W.P.Nos.2308 of 2012 & 18485 of 2012, hence, the Writ Appeals may be closed.
2. Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the appellants have complied with the orders of this court.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the appellants have complied with the orders of this court made in W.P.Nos.2308 of 2012 & 18485 of 2012, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeals. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are closed. No costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
