ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.38188/2021/C1, dated 27.09.2024, passed by the second respondent and consequential proceedings in Na.Ka.No.441/2021/NE4-4, dated 02.12.2024, passed by the third respondent. Consequently, the petitioners seek a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal memoranda dated 18.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 09.12.2024, 11.11.2024, 04.12.2024, 16.12.2024, 11.12.2024, 12.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 06.12.2024, 09.12.2024, 05.12.2024, 12.11.2024 and 27.11.2024, filed by petitioners 1 to 15, respectively, seeking restoration of their seniority on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Though the petitioners filed this Writ Petition challenging the 3/6
orders dated 27.09.2024 and 02.12.2024 passed by the second and third respondents and also sought a direction to consider the appeals filed by the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they restrict their prayer only to consider the appeals filed by the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners' appeals will be considered in accordance with law.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeals dated 18.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 09.12.2024, 11.11.2024, 04.12.2024, 16.12.2024, 11.12.2024, 12.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 12.11.2024, 06.12.2024, 09.12.2024, 05.12.2024, 12.11.2024 and 27.11.2024 made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
