Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the police daily at 5.30 P.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11046 of 2017 dated 17.07.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/R. C.EMALIAS, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Valangaiman, Thiruvarur District every Monday at 10.30 p.m. Until further orders and receive the summons.
