O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of suspension dated 16.02.2018 in G.O.(2D) No.9, Commercial services and Registration (H) Department and to reinstate the Petitioner in service.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner was dismissed from service in another disciplinary proceedings in G.O.(D) No.65, Commercial Taxes and Registration (H1) Department dated 26.06.2023 and hence the prayer of the petitioner to quash the suspension order has become infructous.

3. As the petitioner was dismissed from the service in another disciplinary proceedings no further order is required in this matter and in 2/4

view of the same the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 10.07.2023 ggs
