[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2023.

2.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he has no objections in modifying the same.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4.Hence, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Special Court under Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002, Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, at Poonamallee, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.
