O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/husband and father of the detenues (1)Nishanthi, aged about 27 years and (2)Vijesh @ Rithish, aged about 7 years respectively, to cause production of detenues before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.

3. The alleged detenues have been produced before this Court. Petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenue Nishanthi stated that she is not willing to go along with her husband and she expressed her willingness to go along with her friend one Ammu. It is also admitted that Mohanapriya, aged about 9 years, another daughter of the petitioner and detenue Nishanthi, is under the custody of the petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the alleged detenues that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking his remedy.
