For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 07.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.7554 of 2021, this contempt petition is filed.

2. This Court, vide order dated 07.08.2024, directed the petitioner to approach the Bank along with a copy of the order passed in W.PNo.7554 of 2021 and the representation for one time settlement and the respondent was directed to consider the request of the petitioner in terms of the Banking Regulations and guidelines and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant to the approach made by the petitioner by way of representation, an order has been passed on 04.06.2025 by the respondent Bank.
