This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.12.2021, vide C.S.R.No.397 of 2021 dated 04.12.2021 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter relates to the dispute between the petitioner/father-in-law and his son-in-law and several complaints have been given by the petitioner in respect of continued incidents between them. He would further submit that, based on the complaint dated 04.02.2022, a case has been registered against the son-in-law in Crime No.30 of 2022 for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
