The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of O.P.No.3481 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the A diary extract would show that the proof affidavit of PW.1 has already been filed and the matter is posted for marking of document by P.W.1. It would also show that the petitioner/ husband has deposited the arrears of maintenance. Today, an additional affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband providing proof of the payment of maintenance.

4. Therefore, considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of OP.No. 3481 of 2022 on or before 31.07.2025. No costs.
