Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the concerned records relating to the order bearing No.Na.Ka.No.E4/711/2010, dated 20.03.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to consequently, direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings regarding the alleged loss caused to the Corporation. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the order of the second respondent, dated 20.03.2012 and consequently, direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings regarding the alleged loss caused to the Corporation.
2. It is represented that the respondents themselves have withdrawn the impugned order by proceedings, dated 03.04.2012 and as such, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
