The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the order dated 6.10.2010 in Ref. No. RTIA/Appeal-824 on the file of the 1st respondent confirming earlier order in Appeal No.824 dated 1.9.2008 of the 1st respondent and order dated

19.7.2008 in Ref. No. GM(NW-2)/RTIA/82070 of the 2nd respondent pursuant of the order dated 31.8.2010 in file No. F.N0./CIC/SM/A/2009/001858 on the file of the Chief Information Commissioner and quash the same and consequentially issue directions to the 1st respondent to get the required information namely statement of transactions (deposits and withdrawals) relating to Foreign Contribution Account No. 10765009306 and General A/c No.11200540345 of the 5th respondent maintained by the 3rd and 4th respondent respectively as required in the application dated 9.6.2008 followed by the reminder dated 24.6.2008 of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
