The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition as it has become infructuous.

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
