Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the file of the respondent dated 18.04.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to hold the singing, music and dance programme as permissible under law during the festival of Arulmigu Vinayagar, Arulmigu Magaliamma and Arulmigu Bagavathiamman Temple, Vadugapalayam, Gudimangalam, Udumalaipet Taluk, Thiruppur District on 01.05.2015 (Friday), between 07.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.).

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order dated 18.04.2015 passed by the respondent, rejecting the application submitted by the petitioner to hold the singing, music and dance programme as permissible under law during the festival of Arulmigu Vinayagar, Arulmigu Magaliamma and Arulmigu Bagavathiamman Temple, Vadugapalayam, Gudimangalam, Udumalaipet Taluk, Thiruppur District on 01.05.2015 (Friday), between 07.30 p.m. to 10.00 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the fact that the permission sought for to conduct cultural programmes on 01.05.2015 was rejected in proceedings, dated 18.04.2015, due to lapse of time, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
