ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM , J.) The writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondent/police to produce the body or person of the detenue, who is the daughter of the petitioner.

2. The respondent/Police secured the detenue and produced before this Court. The detenue is present before this Court today along with her husband and child. Now, their child is aged about 1 year.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue married one Mr.Vijay, who is working as Admin Assistant in a company at Chennai. Both the detenue and her husband are living a happy life along with their one year old girl child.

4. Therefore, the detenue is not under illegal detention. The petitioner herein shall not interfere with the family life of the detenue or her husband.

5. Consequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of. [S.M.S., J.] [M.J.R., J.] 31.01.2025 Index :
