This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble Court on 22.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2023 and pass orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 09.02.2024 and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
