2. When the matter was posted on 04.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner as such the petition was ordered to be posted on 06.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e. 06.12.2019, no representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
