This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Rupees thirty Thousand only) by way of demand draft drawn in favor of the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chengalpet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to mobilise funds and thereby the condition was not complied.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty thousand only) by way of demand draft drawn in favor of the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chengalpet.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
