Ms.Karen Vania.S, learned counsel representing Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition and instructed to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a memo dated 28.10.2025 has been filed seeking to withdraw the writ petition enclosing therewith a copy of the letter dated 15.10.2025 received from the petitioner. She also made an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle.
