JUDGMENT
This is a suit for partition and separate possession. The fourth plaintiff has passed away and his legal heirs are the other defendants and they are in the party array, and the memo filed to this effect is recorded.
2. The parties report that they have compromised the matter. All the parties have logged in the virtual Court and they have been identified by their respective counsels.
3. This Court interviewed all the parties and it is satisfied that they have amicably settled the matter. The memo of compromise is recorded and taken on file. The decree be passed in terms of the memo of compromise.

4. The suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the memo of compromise dated 07.12.2021. No costs.
