O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 51 of 2015 for offences under Sections 120(b), 409, 420, 423, 468, 471 & 406 of IPC, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21136 of 2015 by an order dated 28.02.2018 has quashed the complaint in respect of the A1 to A3, and nothing survives in respect of other accused also. Therefore, the FIR cannot be sustained as against the other accused persons viz, petitioner/4th accused. Therefore, this Court is inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is Allowed. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
