(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu D.Maniraj, aged about 25 years, to cause production of his son, before this Court and to set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The alleged detenu, D.Maniraj, son of V.Dhanasekaran, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. 4.On enquiry, the detenu stated that there is no illegal detention by the third respondent. According to him, he married one Poongodi, who is the daughter of the third respondent herein and that they are leading their matrimonial life happily and there is no illegal detention by anybody.
5. Having recorded the same, we find just and reasonable to close the Habeas Corpus Petition as there is no illegal detention. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
