(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the Detenu, viz., Thiru Prabhu @ Ettu Prabhu, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.01/2020 dated 05.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government has already revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents also confirms the same.

3.Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
