ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner was arrested in Cr.No.150 of 2019 under Sections 294(b), 353 of IPC and Section 5, 7(1) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 and subsequently he was released on bail. He further submitted that even though the petitioner was released on bail in the aforesaid case, the respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and hence he requests to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already FIR was registered in Cr.No.150 of 2019 and only for investigation purpose he was called, but he was not subjected to any harassment.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, since the petitioner was already arrested in the case relating to Cr.No.150 of 2019 and he was subsequently released on bail, the respondent should not harass the petitioner unnecessarily unless he receives any fresh complaint in respect of any other case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
