ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the Respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 21.08.2021 given by the petitioner and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 21.08.2021 against the accused persons. Though CSR has been assigned and the petitioner being called for enquiry, the respondent police has not taken any action to register the F.I.R.. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint pertains to Youtube channel, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police already sent a communication to the Youtube channel seeking certain particulars and on receipt of the necessary particulars, appropriate action will be taken by the respondent.

4. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry, within the period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
